Welcome! I'm Viv, the founder of Bluegum HQ.

With over 30 years' experience in administrative and executive support roles, I bring a calm, capable presence to businesses that need things done properly - and without fuss. My background spans legal, accounting, banking, healthcare, education and small business, giving me a broad, practical understanding of how different organisations operate and what business owners really need behind the scenes.

Across my career, I've supported teams and leaders in my roles including reception, secretarial and executive support, technology and systems support, training, finance, WHS, asset management, HR and recruitment. What I love most is being that trusted right-hand person - the one who quietly takes care of the details so business owners can focus on what they do best.

I'm known for communicating with stakeholders in a calm, clear and concise way, and I've been consistently commended for my loyalty, honesty, dedication and strong work ethic. I bring a "can-do" attitude to my work, along with a deep sense of care - because knowing I've helped make someone's day a little easier is what truly motivates me.

I am highly skilled across a wide range of technology platforms, including both Google and Microsoft environments, as well as various accounting, finance and project management systems. I believe strongly in lifelong learning and am always open to developing new skills and working confidently in new systems.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, listening to good music, sharing good food, and getting out to explore more of our beautiful Australia.
